About the role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate NCE, B.Ed and trained teachers to join our esteemed educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. You will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to the overall development of our students.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian educational curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Incorporate innovative teaching techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Required profile

• NCE or B.Ed qualification with a valid teaching licence.
• Proven teaching experience in secondary and Montessori settings.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Nigerian curriculum and standards.
• Excellent classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
