National Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

RxAll Nigeria is looking for a senior commercial leader to own and scale the national sales engine. You will drive B2B revenue to ₦1 billion per month by December 2026, acquire over 10,000 new funded customers, and build a qualified wait‑list of 15,000 pharmacies and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the national sales target, set monthly and weekly goals for each territory, and submit a consolidated KPI report to the CEO every Monday.
• Prospect, close, and grow key accounts nationwide, negotiating credit‑backed purchase cycles with large wholesalers (₦100 M+ monthly sales) and pharmacy chains (₦50 M+ monthly sales).
• Drive re‑orders and referral programmes through major distributors.
• Manage and coach the Sales Lead and three Business Development Managers across defined regions, enforcing GPS‑logged customer visits, daily Zoho CRM discipline, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly 1‑on‑1s.
• Hire, onboard and ramp new sales staff as territories split.
• Own the relationship with the external digital marketing agency and lead demand‑generation activities.
• Lead the nationwide launch and sale of RxAll’s parallel‑imported and contract‑manufactured pharmaceutical products, including product detailing and distribution negotiations.

Required profile

• Senior commercial professional with a proven track record of scaling B2B sales in the pharma or fintech sector.
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire and manage high‑value key accounts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable reporting directly to senior leadership (GM/CEO).
