Mobile App Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile App Marketer to lead user acquisition, growth, and retention initiatives for our mobile application. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, and data‑driven optimisation to maximise installs and active users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the mobile app.
• Create user acquisition plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Define target audience segments and develop detailed customer personas.
• Prepare marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimise campaigns to maximise app installs while minimising cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve the highest return on investment (ROI).
• Identify and leverage new user acquisition channels.
• Develop onboarding, retention, loyalty, and referral initiatives to increase daily and monthly active users.
• Execute push‑notification and in‑app messaging campaigns.
• Reduce user churn through engagement and re‑activation campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar mobile app marketing role.
