Mission Driver

About the role

The Mission Driver provides safe, reliable transportation for missionaries, mission leaders, visitors, and mission‑related supplies. This position ensures that all travel and cargo movements are conducted securely and in compliance with driving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport missionaries, mission leaders, guests, and other authorized personnel safely.
• Deliver and verify mission supplies, packages, and materials against shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and up‑to‑date records.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and conduct regular inspections.
• Load and unload mission vehicles as needed and provide emergency roadside assistance.
• Assist with errands or additional tasks assigned by mission leaders.

Required profile

• Member of the Church with a valid temple recommend.
• Minimum senior high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license class “C” or higher with a clean driving record.
• Three to five years of professional driving experience.
• High confidentiality, polite demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and night shifts.

Required skills

• Class C (or higher) driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of auto mechanics and electronics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation devices.
