Merchandiser / Promoter (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Merchandiser/Promoter to join our team in Abeokuta. You will be responsible for ensuring our products are attractively displayed, properly priced and stocked, while actively engaging customers to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product displays according to company standards, including pricing, labeling and shelf placement.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves and remove expired or damaged items.
• Promote products to shoppers, conduct demonstrations when required and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Implement promotional activities using point‑of‑sale materials and create eye‑catching displays.
• Build strong relationships with customers, store staff and other stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback, track competitor actions and provide market insights to management.
• Record sales, stock movements and daily activities accurately and submit required reports.
• Adhere to company policies, attend training sessions and participate in meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail and good organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage workload efficiently.
• Previous experience as a merchandiser or promoter is an advantage.
