About the role
We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to ensure our bread products are attractively displayed and consistently stocked across retail outlets in Lagos. You will play a key role in maintaining product visibility, freshness, and compliance with merchandising standards.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and display bread products on shelves to maximize visual appeal and sales.
- Monitor stock levels daily and replenish items to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Check product freshness, manage expiry dates, and rotate stock as needed.
- Maintain optimal shelf positioning and ensure compliance with planograms.
- Observe competitor activities and report insights.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with store staff.
- Submit daily reports on sales, stock status, and any observations.
Required profile
- Minimum OND/HND qualification.
- Up to 24 months experience in merchandising, sales, or FMCG preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Presentable, hardworking, reliable and able to work independently.
- Goal‑oriented with the ability to meet daily targets.
