MEP Engineer – Multiple Locations

About the role

Choice Talents NG is seeking experienced MEP Engineers to lead design and coordination for complex projects across Abuja, Lagos, Ogun and Rivers. You will be responsible for delivering safe, code‑compliant mechanical, electrical and plumbing solutions from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead MEP design and coordination for large‑scale projects.
• Develop and manage design packages, documentation and compliance with Nigerian building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and other project teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources for HVAC, pumping, fire‑fighting, cooking‑gas and piping systems.
• Review contractor installation and method statements, conduct snagging and track defects.
• Ensure installation, inspection and testing meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in a consulting firm with MEP focus.
• Strong knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and construction procedures.
• Computer literate with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and strong problem‑solving skills.
