Medical Sales Representative – Osun

About the role

The role involves promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions across Osogbo, Osun State. You will be responsible for driving prescription generation, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Drive prescription generation and product uptake.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure territory coverage.
• Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria.
• HND in Life Sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement.
• Proven sales track record within the region.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
