Medical Sales Representative – Lagos (Ajah)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare institutions in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of medical equipment and healthcare products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market intelligence.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate pricing while maintaining profit margins.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate product delivery and installation, and provide after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline using CRM tools.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and report insights to management.
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences and promotional events.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
• Entry‑level qualification.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the Lagos region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
