About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and results‑driven Medical Sales Representative to join Naxawellness Clinic. In this role you will engage prospective patients, explain our personalized wellness programs, and guide them toward appropriate consultations and treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest in our services.
• Educate patients on consultation processes, treatment protocols, and wellness programs.
• Answer non‑clinical questions and help patients understand recommended treatment plans.
• Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatment enrollments.
• Maintain trust‑building relationships throughout the patient journey.
• Support treatment adherence and retention through regular follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets and keep accurate interaction records.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Empathetic yet professional approach to patient interactions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with performance metrics.
• Previous experience in medical sales, healthcare, wellness, customer success, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Background in health sciences, nursing, nutrition, public health, or related fields is advantageous.
