Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions across Osogbo. The role focuses on driving prescription generation, expanding product uptake, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies.
• Drive prescription generation and increase product uptake.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure full territory coverage.
• Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria.
• HND in life sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, microbiology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of distributor engagement and doctor‑call processes.
• Proven sales track record within the region.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
