Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote a respected pharmaceutical brand to healthcare professionals and institutions across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving prescription generation, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with doctors and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Drive prescription generation and product uptake.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure full territory coverage.
• Organise product presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Submit timely activity and sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Nigeria.
• HND in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of doctor call processes and distributor engagement.
• Proven sales track record within the region.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
