Medical Officer, Dialysis Nurse or Technician – Nigeria

About the role

Osiris Health Limited operates partnership dialysis centres across Nigeria, delivering affordable, high‑quality renal care. We are expanding our clinical team and are hiring Medical Officers, Dialysis Nurses and Dialysis Technicians to work in our centres in Ondo, Lagos and Delta State.

Key responsibilities

• Medical Officer: conduct pre‑dialysis assessments, monitor patients during treatment, manage complications, and follow standardised nephrology protocols under a consultant nephrologist.
• Dialysis Nurse: set up dialysis machines, perform cannulation, continuously monitor patients, ensure safe turnaround between sessions and maintain a patient‑centred experience.
• Dialysis Technician: install, disinfect and troubleshoot dialysis machines and the reverse‑osmosis water system, keep maintenance logs and ensure all equipment is ready for each treatment.

Required profile

• Medical Officer: MBBS or equivalent with current MDCN registration and practising licence; 1–3 years post‑housemanship; calm under pressure and strong record‑keeping.
• Dialysis Nurse: Registered Nurse with current NMCN registration and practising licence; confident cannulator with strong aseptic discipline; willing to work shifts at a single centre.
• Dialysis Technician: qualification in dialysis/renal technology, biomedical engineering or a related science (or strong science background); methodical, safety‑first attitude and ability to respond to machine alarms.
