Medical Laboratory Technician – Lagos & Abuja

About the role

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to support diagnostic services in both Abuja (Utako) and Lagos (Surulere). The role involves collecting patient samples, performing laboratory analyses, and ensuring accurate documentation while upholding clinic policies and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Collect blood, urine, stool, and swab samples following standard procedures.
• Label, handle, and document all specimens accurately.
• Enter sample details and results into the Laboratory Information System.
• Maintain clean and sanitized sample collection areas.
• Support laboratory inventory management and equipment upkeep.
• Provide courteous service and patient education during sample collection.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical laboratory practices at all times.
