About the role
The Medical Doctor will lead the implementation of Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) programmes in Sokoto State, working closely with nutrition and other program staff.
Key responsibilities
- Implement CMAM and IYCF interventions in collaboration with nutrition teams.
- Ensure compliance with national CMAM guidelines and integrate activities with other health programmes.
Required profile
- Qualified and registered national Medical Doctor with at least 2 years of experience.
- Valid practicing license from the Medical Council of Nigeria; nutrition programme experience is an advantage.
Required skills
- Implementation of CMAM guidelines.
- Implementation of IYCF interventions.
