Medical Doctor – Fertility Clinic

About the role

The Medical Doctor will join Androcare Fertility Centre’s dedicated team to provide comprehensive fertility care to patients seeking assisted reproductive solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on diagnosing, treating and supporting individuals and couples facing fertility challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients with infertility issues, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Perform assisted reproductive procedures such as in‑vitro fertilisation (IVF) and intra‑uterine insemination (IUI).
• Conduct and interpret ultrasound examinations to monitor treatment progress.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses and other specialists in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinical standards.
• Participate in clinical research, audits and continuous professional development activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or a related field.
• Specialised training or substantial experience in reproductive endocrinology, gynecology and embryology.
• Proven experience working in an IVF or fertility clinic setting.
• Strong communication and patient‑counselling abilities, with a compassionate approach.
