Media Personnel – Video & Photography Specialist

About the role

The Company seeks a creative Media Personnel to produce high‑quality video and photographic content that showcases its real‑estate projects and services. The role combines video production, editing, and graphic design to support marketing and communication initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce promotional videos for real‑estate projects, including property tours, client testimonials, progress updates, and campaign assets.
• Create short‑form videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Capture professional photographs of properties, site inspections, corporate events, staff activities and product launches.
• Edit and retouch images for use in marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners and social‑media graphics.
• Ensure high‑quality audio, color grading, transitions, subtitles and visual effects in all video outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven experience in graphic design, video editing or photography.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
