Media and Editorial Coordinator

About the role

Teach For All is looking for a Media and Editorial Coordinator to support its external voice. The role blends operational excellence with media relations and editorial coordination, ensuring the network’s ideas reach the right audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Media and Public Engagement in managing journalist and media platform relationships, conduct media landscape analysis, maintain contact databases, and handle media queries.
• Perform daily media monitoring, track brand presence, analyse coverage and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing op‑eds, essays and commentary, edit network content, coordinate editorial cycles and manage submissions across written and video platforms.
• Help secure speaking engagements, draft press releases and press kits, and contribute to public‑engagement content series.
• Maintain a spokesperson database, prepare spokespeople for media opportunities, and oversee team systems and processes.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Experience supporting media relations and editorial projects.
• Ability to manage databases, track submissions and monitor media coverage.
• Comfort working remotely with a global team.
