Master-Qualified Instructors for Pre-University Programs

About the role

Northbridge Collegiate is launching its first onsite pre‑university cohort in Lagos and is seeking master‑qualified instructors to deliver Ontario Secondary School Diploma courses. Instructors will teach university‑bound students across five academic tracks, shaping their preparation for Canadian universities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum for assigned courses within the Business, STEM, Social Sciences, Health Sciences, or Humanities tracks.
• Design and lead lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for two semesters in Lagos.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and support academic development.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to ensure alignment with Ontario Ministry of Education standards.
• Participate in occasional semester in Canada as part of the Northbridge model.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline or a closely related field.
• Commitment to teaching university‑preparatory students.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
