Marketing Staff – Healthcare Services

About the role

PharmplugRx is seeking a full‑time Marketing Staff member to support the promotion of its online pharmacy services. Based on‑site in Enugu State, you will help increase brand awareness and drive patient acquisition across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target patient groups and trends.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support patient acquisition and retention.
• Engage with customers and community partners, gather feedback, and refine messaging.
• Prepare basic marketing materials and reports.
• Track campaign performance and contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Experience in market research and marketing strategy.
• Sales and marketing skills to promote products and convert leads.
• Basic digital literacy; familiarity with social‑media or online marketing tools.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and collaborative mindset.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (advantageous).
• Relevant experience in healthcare or retail is a plus.
