Marketing Specialist (Intermediate & Senior)

Cavista Technologies is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to lead integrated marketing and communication initiatives that elevate the brand, deepen stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable business growth across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and strategic partnerships to boost brand awareness and revenue.
• Own and optimize digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—including creative, product, and leadership—to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Plan and execute high‑impact events, webinars, and conferences to strengthen brand positioning.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
• Develop and maintain consistent content strategy and messaging across all channels.
• Support PR and corporate communication initiatives, including media engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4‑6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• SEO/SEM and PPC campaign management.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media advertising tools.
• Content strategy development and multi‑channel messaging.
