About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abuja and drive growth for our food‑industry portfolio. You will be responsible for shaping brand perception, generating demand, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity across all channels, including social media, email, and trade shows.
• Collaborate with sales, product development and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns, tracking website analytics and campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of marketing experience within the food industry.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
