Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead the company’s brand awareness and digital engagement initiatives. Reporting to senior management, you will design and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and enhance its online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify target markets, create tailored campaigns, and monitor performance.
• Manage the company’s social media strategy across all platforms, creating and curating engaging content.
• Monitor social channels, respond to audience interactions, and track metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Produce marketing collateral such as blogs, newsletters, press releases, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with design teams to create high‑quality graphics and videos.
• Plan and run digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
• Manage marketing budgets, conduct A/B testing, and report ROI to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or social media management, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
