Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions Analyst

About the role

The Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions Analyst will support SeaLearn Academy’s student recruitment, admissions and marketing activities. The role is central to attracting prospective maritime students, guiding them through the application process and converting enquiries into enrolled, fee‑paying learners.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students for SeaLearn’s maritime programmes and guide them through the enquiry‑to‑enrolment journey.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from students, parents, sponsors and partners via phone, email and social media.
• Process applications, verify documentation, issue offers and maintain accurate applicant records.
• Support registration, induction and enrolment activities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and distribute marketing content, manage social‑media accounts and support website and email‑marketing efforts.
• Represent SeaLearn at education fairs, webinars, open days and other recruitment events.
• Maintain the CRM database, generate reports and identify opportunities to increase enquiries and conversions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in recruiting and converting students into fee‑paying learners.
• Experience in admissions administration and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple enquiries professionally.
• Motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in maritime education or related industries is an advantage.
