Marketing Project Manager (ClickUp)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to act as the connective tissue between clients, strategists, media buyers, and our creative team. You will ensure projects run on time, onboarding is seamless, creative production is tracked, and reporting stays live, all while leveraging ClickUp and AI tools for maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, strategists, and internal teams.
• Own end‑to‑end client onboarding, collecting account access (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok) and standardising setup in ClickUp.
• Maintain ClickUp as the single source of truth by building templates, recurring tasks, and dashboards.
• Identify and close communication or delivery gaps before they escalate.
• Track creative deliverables from request through approval, including QA.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creators on platforms such as Billo and Backstage, handling orders, usage rights, and cost mark‑ups.
• Ensure client reporting and dashboards are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Schedule and coordinate recurring meetings, capture action items, and follow through.
• Build internal tools, automations, and living SOPs using Claude Code AI.
• Flag at‑risk accounts early and escalate to leadership.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
• Elite organisational skills with a proven ability to close loops without being chased.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates gaps.
• Comfortable building and running project‑management processes, not just using them.
• Experience juggling multiple concurrent projects across different clients.
