Marketing & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Sunrose Consulting is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive brand awareness, secure strategic collaborations, and expand B2B sales in the retail, fashion and FMCG sectors. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with hotels, event planners, lifestyle brands, corporate organisations, and property developers.
• Manage a pipeline of corporate gifting, bulk orders, and B2B sales opportunities.
• Create proposals and presentations for prospective partners and clients.
• Drive event scenting projects for weddings, corporate events, hospitality spaces, retail outlets, and luxury residences.
• Coordinate product launches, activations, and brand experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, lead generation, and revenue outcomes, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, PR, or sales.
• Proven track record of securing strategic collaborations and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, or beauty sectors is an advantage.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and representing a premium brand.
