Marketing Officer

About the role

Agenski Recycling is seeking an entry‑level Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer data, and driving both acquisition and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, market, and secure new business opportunities for products and services.
• Generate and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct market research and daily price surveys to provide market intelligence.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Maintain excellent public relations with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare work schedules and marketing plans for engaging prospective customers.
• Promote products and services through direct marketing and approved channels.
• Develop referral relationships to expand market opportunities.
• Collate and manage customer data for weekly sales and marketing analysis.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends, recommending business improvements.
• Meet assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman/CEO.

Required profile

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
