Marketing Officer – Entry Level

About the role

The Marketing Officer will provide essential administrative and operational support across Food Concepts’ marketing functions, including e‑commerce, marketing operations and new product development. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Sales, the role ensures smooth campaign tracking, store opening coordination and data reporting to help the team execute quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales data, campaign metrics and e‑commerce KPIs.
• Maintain a central marketing dashboard tracking revenue by store, cancellation rates, product availability and campaign performance.
• Aggregate data from in‑store and online channels into presentation‑ready formats for team meetings and leadership reviews.
• Identify and flag data anomalies such as significant store declines or spikes and escalate to relevant heads.
• Track campaign deliverables, deadlines and status updates; take minutes and follow up on action items using project‑management tools.
• Organise marketing files, trackers, SOPs and documentation in shared drives, ensuring version control and accessibility.
• Support end‑to‑end administrative processes for new store openings, liaising between Marketing Operations, Store Development and vendors, and monitoring timelines and activation deliverables.
