Marketing & Media Manager

About the role

Satiate Fast Casual Dining is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Media Manager to lead the promotion of its restaurant brand, menu, events and special offers. You will own the brand’s digital presence, create engaging content and drive growth across social platforms and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and footfall.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) – content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance monitoring.
• Produce high‑quality photos, videos, graphics and copy that reflect Satiate’s brand identity.
• Analyse campaign metrics, generate insights and optimise spend for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with kitchen, floor staff and procurement on menu launches, promotional events and special campaigns.
• Plan and send email marketing newsletters and guest communication.
• Build relationships with influencers, food bloggers and local media.
• Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring cost‑effective execution.
• Coordinate in‑house and off‑site events, tracking market trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular marketing reports with actionable recommendations for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to two years of relevant experience (entry‑level).
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and visual communication abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and influencer management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite and CapCut for graphic design and video editing.
• Hands‑on experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools.
