Marketing Manager – Restaurant Brand Growth

About the role

We are a premier Chinese restaurant in Lekki, Lagos, seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to boost weekday traffic, strengthen our brand, and position us as a top dining and event destination. This hands‑on role blends creative thinking with measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing weekday restaurant traffic.
• Plan and coordinate both online and offline campaigns, including flyers, promotions, and grassroots initiatives.
• Organise customer‑engagement events and seasonal promotions to drive loyalty.
• Build relationships with nearby businesses, schools, churches, hotels, and corporate organisations.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager, Videographer and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility.
• Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Research competitors and uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, brand management or business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset focused on business objectives.
• Residence within or close to Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo, Victoria Island or surrounding areas is an advantage.
