About the role

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Manager to lead both digital and traditional marketing initiatives for our hospitality and event services business. This entry‑level position will focus on building brand awareness, driving market penetration, and engaging customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email and online advertising.
  • Develop and manage traditional marketing activities such as print, outdoor media and event promotions.
  • Increase brand visibility and market share through targeted outreach and public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate customer engagement programs and promotional events to boost loyalty.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

  • Minimum qualification of OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
