Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead business growth and strategy for Homelight Properties Limited. The role focuses on expanding our client base, driving revenue, and supporting the expansion of our real‑estate branches across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clients and increase market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and feasibility reports.
• Drive expansion plans for all branches across states.
• Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that support business growth.
• Coordinate with branch managers, sales teams, and senior management to execute business goals.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of business development officers.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Estate Management or related field.
• At least 3 years proven experience in business development, sales or real‑estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
• Self‑driven, strategic mindset with leadership capability.
• Willingness to travel across branches as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
