Marketing Manager

About the role

Olumawu School Abuja is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that increase student enrolment, boost brand visibility, and expand market reach. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with programme, communications, media, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the school’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive enrolment and strengthen the school’s brand.
• Design, launch, and monitor multi‑channel campaigns targeting prospective students and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with programme, communications, and media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Report on campaign results and adjust strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of proven marketing experience, preferably in education or related sectors.
• Strong strategic communication abilities and a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
