About the role
Our client, a leading beverage retail and distribution platform in Nigeria, is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the brand and marketing agenda across all channels. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate commercial priorities and customer insights into integrated plans and campaigns, ensuring disciplined brand governance and measurable effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain brand positioning, value proposition, architecture and tone‑of‑voice; manage brand guidelines and governance.
- Monitor competitors and category trends, proposing brand responses and differentiation opportunities.
- Create quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities, launches and business OKRs.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery across digital, social, influencer, PR, partnerships and CRM/email channels.
- Develop clear campaign objectives, target audiences, creative direction, channel mix, budgets and measurement approaches.
- Maintain a campaign calendar with deadlines, dependencies and approval checkpoints.
- Own content strategy and editorial calendar across the customer journey, producing high‑quality briefs for copy, design, video and production.
- Quality‑assure creative outputs against brand standards, channel requirements and factual accuracy before publishing.
- Coordinate with internal and external creative resources to ensure timely delivery.
