Marketing Lead

About the role

Our client, a technology‑focused innovative firm, is looking for a Marketing Lead to shape brand visibility, drive audience engagement and generate qualified leads for its programmes, conferences and initiatives. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across digital, social and PR channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns to increase awareness, registrations and lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms, maintain the content calendar and foster online community interaction.
• Plan and execute email marketing, newsletters and audience‑nurturing initiatives.
• Lead public‑relations activities, including media outreach, press releases and brand communications.
• Oversee customer touchpoints across digital channels to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Track campaign performance, produce reports and optimise strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
• Utilise CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools to improve campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management or communications.
• Proven track record in lead generation, email marketing, PR, social‑media management and campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, paid digital advertising and marketing analytics.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience in marketing conferences, events, NGOs, technology companies or professional services is a plus.
