Marketing & Growth Assistant (Entry-Level)

About the role

Kiru Experiences is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Growth Assistant to support brand awareness, business development and partnership initiatives. Working directly with the Founder, you will gain hands‑on experience in marketing strategy, lead generation and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns and create engaging content.
• Manage social media channels, respond to enquiries and boost online visibility.
• Research prospective clients, conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and phone.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, schedule meetings and follow up on opportunities.
• Identify and engage referral partners, monitor market trends and report weekly activity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Resides in Lagos and is comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
