Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join Volttam’s team in Lagos. The role focuses on creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and support sales growth within the real‑estate sector. You will collaborate closely with sales and management to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Manage social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Generate and follow up on leads to support sales growth.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to improve market positioning.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of a BSc degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
