Marketing Executive

About the role

Skipper Eye‑Q Hospital is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead the promotion of its eye‑care services. The role focuses on building brand visibility, generating new business opportunities, and managing relationships with corporate clients and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to raise awareness of eye‑care services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and quotations for business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven experience in healthcare marketing, hospital sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of hospital processes, healthcare sales and systems.
• Experience with tenders and contract negotiations (advantageous).
• Track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Results‑oriented with strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
