Marketing & Enrolment Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Enrolment Officer will lead promotional activities for Le Mentoris Academy’s tutorial, holiday and exam‑preparation programmes. You will work closely with the team to attract new students and engage parents across Lagos and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch effective marketing campaigns to generate enquiries from students and parents.
• Promote the academy’s programmes through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Identify and reach potential learners in Aguda, Surulere and nearby communities.
• Support local outreach events, community engagement and promotional activities.
• Generate creative ideas to increase student enrolment and maintain a pipeline of prospects.

Required profile

• OND or equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, customer acquisition or business development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in interacting with parents and the public.
• Proactive, energetic and results‑oriented personality with a genuine interest in education.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva for creating visual content.
