Marketing & Enrollment Specialist

About the role

Aptech Computer Education is seeking a dynamic Marketer/Counsellor to drive enrollment and promote its ICT training programmes in Lagos. The role combines marketing strategy, client relationship management, and lead generation to support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies based on market research and trend analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Customize offerings to meet client needs and increase enrollment.
• Engage in both digital and traditional marketing activities.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up to meet enrollment targets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and enrollment data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, advertising or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
