Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Officer will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen the LaserDerm brand and drive business growth. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate digital, PR, and event initiatives while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and client insights.
• Manage digital platforms (website, social media, email) and oversee content creation and scheduling.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) using analytics.
• Prepare press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure clarity across the organisation.
• Organise marketing events, collaborations, and product launch activities.
• Produce monthly marketing reports highlighting ROI, engagement, and lead conversion.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in marketing, brand strategy, and communications.
• Strong written and visual communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to measure and report campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
