Marketing Associate

About the role

Kultiva is looking for its first dedicated marketer to own the go‑to‑market function from day one. You will shape positioning, drive demand, create content and enable the sales team for a farm‑operations platform serving emerging‑market agricultural businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own positioning, messaging and brand voice across all markets.
• Design and execute demand‑generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events and partnerships.
• Produce case studies, product explainers, white papers and thought‑leadership content.
• Manage website copy, structure, SEO and conversion optimisation.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, battle cards and proposal templates.
• Lead product marketing for new feature launches, including sensor integration and an AI assistant.
• Track and report on pipeline contribution, CAC and content performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline, not just produce content.
• Excellent written communication skills that simplify complex products.
• Self‑directed and comfortable building a function with limited precedent.
• Genuine interest in agriculture, food systems or emerging‑market business.
