Marketing and Sales Representative

About the role

The Community Trust Network is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Representative to promote its bottled and sachet water products in Abuja. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s bottled and sachet water products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure prompt collection of customer payments where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of proven marketing or sales experience, preferably in bottled water, beverages, FMCG, or consumer goods.
• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Good knowledge of Lagos markets and distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
