Market Sales Representative

About the role

Daily Need Distributors Limited, a leading FMCG distributor with over 27 years of experience in North‑Central Nigeria, is hiring Market Sales Representatives for its Abuja and Nasarawa operations. This full‑time, field‑based position focuses on open‑market sales, retail shop relationship management, and daily cash reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily open‑market sales by delivering products promptly to retail customers.
• Collaborate with the Market Sales Supervisor, Field Sales Manager and Sales Manager to drive market penetration and growth.
• Reconcile daily sales cash with the Branch Accountant, ensuring zero balance discrepancies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with market traders, wholesalers and shop owners within assigned territories.

Required profile

• Minimum Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and fluent reading/writing skills.
• 0‑3 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment.
• Residence within the Mabushi/Utako axis (Abuja) or Lafia axis (Nasarawa).
• High integrity, honesty, maturity and strong communication abilities.
