Managing Partner – Nigeria

About the role

Regenesys Education is seeking a Managing Partner for Nigeria to drive the growth of its corporate education business across the country. This senior leadership position combines strategic market development, partnership building and revenue responsibility, reporting directly to the regional executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the corporate education growth strategy for the Nigerian market.
• Own commercial performance, revenue targets and portfolio management.
• Establish and nurture relationships with CEOs, CHROs, government officials and senior decision‑makers.
• Develop strategic corporate and institutional partnerships and drive new business acquisition.
• Lead cross‑selling initiatives, market expansion and customized executive education solutions.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing local team.
• Represent Regenesys at senior business, government and industry forums.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience in management consulting, executive education, professional services or corporate learning.
• Proven track record of building and growing businesses or markets in Nigeria.
• Strong C‑suite and senior stakeholder networks.
• Demonstrated success in high‑value B2B business development and sales.
• Commercial, financial and strategic acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Executive presence and exceptional relationship‑building skills.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MBA (preferred).

Required skills
