About the role
Reliance Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Relations to lead and streamline provider network operations across multiple emerging markets. The role focuses on building consistent, efficient processes that enhance provider experience and improve member care.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement processes that simplify interactions with providers, measured through feedback surveys.
- Identify and resolve pain points in the provider journey while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Use data and analytics to monitor network performance, manage dashboards, and set clear targets.
- Collaborate with Claims, Tariffs, and Case Management to align provider‑facing processes with efficient claims handling and cost control.
- Lead and develop the provider acquisition and relationship management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, provider relations, health insurance, or hospital/clinic administration.
- Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive performance improvements.
Required skills
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Experience with performance dashboards and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations in multiple markets.
