About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Manager, Brand & Growth to strengthen market presence and accelerate business expansion across emerging markets. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing function, ensuring consistent brand messaging while driving customer acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with growth targets.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels and retention tactics.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to refine strategy.
• Maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, using data and testing to improve performance.
• Manage strategic partnerships to expand reach and create business opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting goals and driving performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and leadership to align priorities.
