About the role
The Management Graduate Trainee program prepares future leaders for roles such as Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Shift Manager within the Chicken Republic brand. You will work on‑site in a fast‑growing QSR environment, ensuring high standards of service, safety and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain overall quality and service standards across the outlet.
- Develop and monitor budget plans, financial targets and audit action plans.
- Handle customer feedback, respond to complaints weekly and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Conduct management meetings and implement national and local promotions.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND (minimum 2nd class lower division or lower credit) in a related field.
- Strong leadership, motivational and management abilities.
- Proactive, assertive, highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
Required skills
- Inventory Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
