About the role
The Management Graduate Trainee will support overall quality, service standards and operational excellence across our fast‑growing chicken QSR network.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain overall quality and service standards and follow up on shift control issues.
- Develop and implement Operations Excellence Audit action plans.
- Ensure health, safety and food safety practices are adhered to at all times.
- Prepare budget plans, financial forecasts and monitor targets.
- Gather customer feedback via comment cards and respond to written complaints weekly.
- Conduct management meetings and communicate national and local promotions.
- Manage implementation of local sales‑building programmes.
Required profile
- B.Sc/HND in a related field with at least a 2nd class lower division (B.Sc.) or lower credit (HND).
- Strong leadership, motivational and management abilities.
- Integrity, proactive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and adaptable to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
