Maintenance Integrity Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Integrity Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the integrity surveillance of offshore production facilities, ensuring safe execution of inspection programmes and compliance with regulatory standards. This senior position combines technical oversight with leadership of contractor teams on offshore Nigeria assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the integrity condition of all production equipment from subsea to surface using risk‑based assessments.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and steer activities to meet target integrity conditions.
• Conduct proactive corrosion engineering surveillance and routine field integrity performance monitoring.
• Prioritise and compile a seriatim list of integrity issues for both shutdown and non‑shutdown work planning.
• Ensure timely recognition, screening and communication of SHE and reliability threats related to piping, vessels, pipelines and risers.
• Participate in risk assessments and implement integrated, cost‑effective integrity management solutions.

Required profile

• Higher National Certificate (HNC) or equivalent in Mechanical, Materials, Corrosion, Offshore/Marine, Structural, Metallurgy or Petroleum Engineering; or a BSc with at least five years verified integrity execution experience.
• Minimum 10 years of integrity execution experience and at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead position.
• Previous offshore or FPSO experience preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and maintain accurate logs and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and capability to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
